Paul Walter Hauser wants to collaborate with Ryan Reynolds for a remake of Planes, Trains and Automobiles

The 1987 road trip comedy Planes, trains and automobiles starring Steve Martin and John Candy has been a Thanksgiving favorite for many for some time. And while fans understandably balk at the idea of a remake, that’s exactly what the Emmy winner and Cobra Kai star Paul Walter Hauser teases as he responds to a recent post about the popular comedy by none other Dead Pool star Ryan Reynolds.

In response, Paul Walter Hauser lightheartedly hinted that he would like to pay tribute to Candy’s role as shower curtain ring salesman Del Griffith… and would like Ryan Reynolds to join him in Steve Martin’s role as advertising executive Neal Page.
