Travis Kelce wore velvet (yes, velvet) before his Black Friday game. See his look

Travis Kelce is ready for game day and the holiday.

The 35-year-old Kansas City Chiefs tight end arrived at Arrowhead Stadium on Nov. 29, where his team was taking on the Las Vegas Raiders dressed from the neck down in velvet.

His Black Friday fit created a Christmas spirit. The velvet look featured an embellished emerald green zip-up jacket and black cargo pants. Sunglasses and boots added something special.

Kelce completed the look with a cap from Midnight Rodeo. It’s the same style he wore when he and Taylor Swift attended the first game of the American League Championship Series, pitting the Cleveland Guardians against the New York Yankees at Yankee Stadium.

The soccer star’s girlfriend and New Heights podcast co-host also sported a festive look as she arrived to support him.

The “Cruel Summer” singer looked cozy in a red Louis Vuitton sweater with monogram and shearling details and shiny black jeans. She paired the look with a massive ’87’ necklace as well as her signature red lip.

Swift was joined by Travis’ mother Donna Kelce, dressed in all black, red and white, and her father Scott Swift, who celebrated the occasion and supported Kelce in a Kansas City Chiefs jacket.

On November 24, Kelce celebrated the team’s 10th win of the season (the team is at 10 wins and 1 loss heading into the Black Friday game) by sharing pictures of his pregame fit as well as scenes from the team’s matchup that day published.

“Double digit dubs!!” he captioned the gallery, in which he paired a flannel zip-up with a Louis Vuitton holdall.

The plaid moment caught fans’ attention as Swift has had an affinity for the pattern lately.

“CHECKED?! Are you kidding me Travis,” one user wrote on the NFL star’s Instagram post. “Travis… in plaid… I’M READY FOR THIS,” another commented, while also quoting Swift’s song Call. “Checkered… See you Tay,” joked another.
