Kraken at Sharks (Game 26): Lines, game thread and how to watch

The Seattle Kraken visit the San Jose Sharks today in a rare back-to-back home-versus-home series. This is the first meeting between the two Pacific Division teams this season. The Kraken are 11-11-1 this season and are in sixth place in the Pacific Division. Seattle is still considered to be in the playoff race. The gap to third place in the division heading into American Thanksgiving is four points.

Seattle lost its game against the Anaheim Ducks 5-2 on Wednesday night. Anaheim’s John Gibson defeated Seattle’s Joey Daccord. For more information on this, check out our friends at Davy Jones Locker Room.

The Kraken’s leading scorer is Jared McCann with 22 points in 23 games. McCann also leads the team with 9 goals. The team has to make do without Jordan Eberle today. He was placed on injured reserve on November 26th, meaning he will miss at least a week. Vince Dunn traveled with the team to San Jose but is questionable for today.

The Sharks practiced on Thanksgiving Day and we got an update on Barclay Goodrow. It looks like the winger will go on injured reserve. He left Wednesday night’s game after a hit by Ottawa’s Ridly Greig. Placing him on IR means Goodrow will miss at least three games. In his absence, the team called up Ethan Cardwell. He will play on Friday.

The San Jose Sharks lineups for November 29, 2024
