Ariana Madix reacts to Vanderpump Rules Season 12 cast shakeup

Ariana Madix indicated that she spent some time processing the news Vanderpump Rules Season 12 will have a new cast.

Vanderpump Rules“You will forever be that girl 💖,” Madix, 39, wrote via Instagram on Tuesday, November 26, along with a slideshow of photos from her time on the show over the past decade. “I was up until 4 a.m. searching for the right pictures and the right words, but there is no post or caption that could ever sum it all up.”

Madix first appeared in the first season of the Bravo series in 2013, but did not become a main cast member until Season 3.

“I am forever grateful to have been part of such an incredible cultural phenomenon. Thank you @bravo, @lisavanderpump, @evolutionmedia for every experience over the last 10+ years,” she continued. “Thank you to every single crew member, producer and our showrunners. Seeing you every summer was like coming home to see family!”

Madix added that she will miss the cast and crew “a lot” but plans to keep the lines of communication open. She encouraged those she’s been close with over the years to “just text her.”

In addition to her appreciation for the show itself, Madix also took a moment to praise Vanderpump Rules Fans who stood by her through thick and thin.

“You have been the constant over the last decade, your love and support will ultimately be missed the most. “You made this show what it is,” she wrote. “To the fans who showed up for us, old and new, it’s all thanks to you that we’re here.”

When saying goodbye to Vanderpump Rules is bittersweet, Madix confessed that she’s excited to see what’s next for her.

“I am pleased to close this chapter and look forward to all that is to come,” she wrote. “I don’t know if these were the best days of our lives, but they were definitely special 💖.”

On Tuesday, it was announced that Bravo is moving forward with a new cast Vanderpump Rules Season 12. During Lisa Vanderpump will remain in the series, fans will meet a new group of “close-knit SUR-verse” who are just as intricately connected as their legendary predecessors.

Production will begin next year. The new cast and season premiere date will be announced at a later date.

While Vanderpump Rules has been a Bravo staple since its premiere in 2013, nearly a decade later the show has reached new heights. After news of Madix’s dramatic separation broke in March 2023 Tom SandovalThe world was excited about the aftermath of Sandoval’s affair – dubbed Scandoval – with his former co-star Rachel Leviss. Despite record ratings, Bravo took a break before filming season 12 due to a divisive cast.

Vanderpump Rules is currently streaming on Peacock.
