Lucky Baskhar OTT Release Date: Lucky Baskhar, the South Indian superstar’s most anticipated and critically acclaimed Telugu crime film, has been streamed on an Over-The-Top (OTT) platform for the first time after a successful theatrical release.

The historical crime drama directed by Venku Atluri and starring Dulquer Salmaan was released in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi.

The film was announced in May 2023 and is the 32nd film of Dulquer Salmaan, son of Malayalam superstar Mammootty.

It was shot in Hyderabad and the music was composed by GV Prakash Kumar. Nimish Ravi is the cinematographer and Naveen Nooli is the editor.

The film was produced with an estimated budget of ₹100 crore and was released worldwide on October 31. According to Sacnilk.com, Lucky Baskhar’s domestic collection was on Wednesday ₹83.77 crore and the worldwide collection stood at ₹110.87 crore.

The plot of Lucky Baskhar is set in the 1980s and revolves around the story of a banker’s mysterious wealth.

According to the plot, Bhaskar comes from a lower middle class background and struggles to support his family, struggling with debt and humiliation.

He desperately tries to find a shortcut to making big money to solve his family’s financial problems. To escape the daily humiliation of lenders, Baskar ventures into the world of financial scams, only to meet an inevitable end.

After the OTT release of Lucky Baskhar, the crime drama is now available for viewers on Netflix at home.
