The Isamaya Ffrench x Nike Air Max DN Pack will be released in December 2024

Introduced during Nike’s Air Max Day celebration earlier this year, the Air Max DN has become a staple in the brand’s lineup. In its first year on the market, there have been a small number of collaborations with the latest Air Max sneaker, including a project with Supreme and an upcoming release from Doernbecher. For the model’s next collaboration, Nike teamed up with renowned makeup artist Isamaya Ffrench for a bold reinterpretation of the silhouette.

Inspired by female athletes who dominate both the field and the fashion world, Isamaya’s version of the Air Max DN comes in Light Chocolate and Organic Beige. Ffrench’s design utilizes texture and material contrasts, with metallic tones embedded beneath glossy acrylic on the collar and heel, contrasting with the matte finishes of the upper and sole. Each pair maintains a monochromatic finish throughout the model and retains the standard features of a Phylon midsole and four-chamber Dynamic Air unit.

About her collaboration with Nike, Isamaya said: “Athletes show that you can have it all.” You can achieve excellence in sport. You can be at your best. You may care about your appearance. You can express yourself in as many ways as you want and still be an elite athlete. Beauty doesn’t detract from any of this. Beauty actually enhances it.”

The Isamaya Ffrench x Nike Air Max DN Pack releases online and in-store on December 20, 2024 via Nike and select retailers. Retail price is $170 in women’s sizes.
