Vanderpump Rules stars react to show’s overhaul

As we prepare for a brand new version of Vanderpump Rules in 2025 – also the original cast.

Bravo confirmed on Tuesday, November 26, that the series will return for season 12 with a brand new group of cast members.

The coming season is presented Lisa Vanderpump and a new group of “tight-knit SUR-verse who are as intricately connected as their iconic predecessors.” Production on the new season will begin in 2025. The premiere date and cast are yet to be announced.

“What a thrill it is to build on the legacy of this series by doing it all again,” says the executive producer Alex Baskin said in a statement on Tuesday. “With great appreciation for the original group and their legendary run, we can’t wait for audiences to see a dynamic new group of colleagues and friends make their way through life together.”

While some things never change, the Vanderpump Rules cast is used to adjustments and tweaks. Vanderpump Rules was introduced to Bravo viewers during a special episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in January 2013. Season 1 featured Lisa Vanderpump, who was then a housewife from Beverly Hills, and Stassi (…).

“It’s a mixed bag. But I wouldn’t change a thing,” Maloney, 37, shared on her Instagram Story. “Thank you for the memories and love over the last 11 years.”

The Something About Her co-founder also shared a throwback photo of herself in a SUR uniform while Dena Deadly’s “Raise Your Glass” played in the background.

Vanderpump Rulesyou will be that girl forever 💖 I was up until 4am looking for the right pictures and the right words but there is no post or caption that could ever sum it all up,” Madix, 39, shared via Instagram with. “I am forever grateful to have been part of such an incredible cultural phenomenon.”

While Madix thanked everyone working behind the scenes, he told the crew to stay in touch and “just text me” as they move forward with a new chapter.

“Thank you especially to the fans. You have been the constant over the last decade. In the end, I will miss your love and support the most. You made this show what it is. To the fans who showed up for us, old and new: It’s only thanks to you that we’re here. I’m happy with the conclusion of this chapter and look forward to what’s to come. I don’t know if they were the best days of our lives, but they were definitely special 💖.”

After joining the show in its fourth season, which aired in 2015, Kent, 34, couldn’t help but share some of her “mixed feelings” about the news.

“Sur was a place that became home. Not only did I find myself sipping vodka sodas, but I also found myself behind a hostess stand. To this day it is the most intimidating job I have ever had,” Kent wrote via Instagram. “A short time later I was given the opportunity to appear in a show Vanderpump Rules landed in front of me. …It’s no secret that I don’t like change. That’s the exception.”

Kent went on to thank everyone “who rocked with us for so many years. This show changed my entire life. I am incredibly grateful for every moment. I am incredibly grateful to Bravo, NBCU, our crew, the entire cast, and most of all, all of you. We rocked this bitch until the wheels fell off 💃.”

“The last 12 years of filming have been an extraordinary time filled with laughter, tears and everything in between,” Vanderpump, 64, said in a statement. “I can’t thank those who shared their lives enough. How I love you all. In the catering industry, one layer always gives way to another. Cheers to the next generation Vanderpump Rules.”

Andy Cohen

After years as host of the Vanderpump Rules Cast for reunions and See what’s happening live appearances, Cohen, 56, paid tribute to the original cast online. “These were the best days of our lives…” he wrote of X while quoting lyrics from the show’s theme song.
